If you go to this doctor's office for your annual checkup and the doctor asks how you are doing, and you respond with any intelligible words, they will bill you for a regular visit. If you want to get your (required by law) free annual (as written in the Affordable Care Act) do not speak during the annual check-up. If you have any issues you want to ask the doctor about, you will have to pay for a visit. That's where we are at right now with healthcare in this country. I went for my annual free visit, asked about two (non-urgent) medical issues (that did not require referrals or prescriptions), and received a bill later that week for my full co-pay. I was not given any warning when meeting with the NP, or advance warning about this from the staff or receptionist. I heard afterwards they put up signs warning people about this new policy. Annual visits are supposed to be free, BY LAW, so that doctors can stay abreast of medical issues before they become dangerous. I don't know what is going on here but I have switched providers. Apparently it's happening everywhere but at least with my new PCP my co-pay is significantly lower.

Neglectful. Not treated humanely. I witnessed the woman at the desk be absolutely brutal to this wonderful little elderly lady. I wanted to say something and I didnt. The following care I got from my physicians assistant was equally as bad. Im officially done with this office and after reading the reviews, I feel completely justified. Im sorry for anyone who has to had to experience the treatment in this office. I hope you find a better doctor because you deserve it.

I've been a patient for 16 years. The practice was wonderful until 2 years ago. The doctors seem preoccupied and the staff is so rude. I literally cried this morning the woman who answered the phone was so ignorant.

I have been going there for about 35 years, and have lately seen the practice deteriorate markedly. The staff is now rude and uncaring, the doctors rushed. Don't even think of going there if you're sick. They will not see sick people. SMH. I was sick today, and they offered me an appointment 10 days from now, when, presumably, I am well. I am looking for a new doctor ASAP!!! Why be in the business of medicine if you're that callous? It's just a money grab. Next!
