The Rockwell team have been great to deal with so far in the construction process. Greg and Samantha have been super helpful, extremely responsive and willing to make all the customization requested to build the home of our dreams. If youre looking for a true custom builder I highly recommend the Rockwell team!

They made numerous mistakes with our recently built house. We faced issues such as a leaking roof, a leaking bathroom, rerouting of electricity, and the need to replace windows, doors, and floors, among other problems. Pretty much everywhere inside the house have had issues. More ridiculously, they put the storm pit right next to the foundation, and it ended up collecting water from everywhere and there was no way for the water to get out. As a result, we experienced flooding on two occasions despite that we have 6 sump pumps installed! It wasn't until I hired my own engineer and presented concrete evidence that they began addressing the issue. We have moved in for more than 3 years, and they finally rebuilt the storm pit this year. Now the floor experts told us that we have serious subfloor issues, but Rockwell insisted that it was floor issues, which is out of warranty.

2 Stars Edit: Quality of build for our home is subpar. So many items either came installed broken, or broke shortly after. We had holes in our roof which caused leaking in our bedroom several times, our rooftop deck is peeling everywhere only after 8 months, we had and still have light fixtures installed that were/are broken. Our banister railing and poles have broken. This makes me never want to purchase a new home again, especially from Rockwell. The only pro is that they are usually responsive in fixing the issues (hence the second star) but it makes me wonder about the things I cant see behind the walls and how the home was constructed. Id not purchase another home from Rockwell. - Rockwell Custom has been a pleasure to work with during our home buying process at Steelpointe in Phoenixville. We appreciate the responsiveness of the company and the help theyve provided during and after the purchase of our new home. In addition, both Brandi and Chris have been exceptional to work with.
