Carmella was absolutely the most professional, dedicated and caring person ever. She made this process much easier than expected. I have planned a funeral before and Carmella remembered all the things you know you are supposed to do but at the moments of your loss, you completely forget. God Bless her and all she does to keep you sane and get the job done with grace, love and skill. My mother-in-law looked beautiful and we were all so thankful for the services. It wasn't a great time but it was the best experience possible thanks to Carmella and her efforts. Truly the place to go.

I can't say enough about the way the funeral director, Carmella handled my husband's visitation and funeral arrangements. Carmella showed sympathy, compassion and sensitivity toward me and my family and took care of every little detail to perfection. I also want to thank the staff, especially Norm and Gerry Shropshire for all they did for us. I received several comments from friends about how beautiful this funeral home is and I must say agree with all of them.

Both Micheal and Carmella were excellent when helping with my grandfather and his passing. Not only were they compassionate but they were very accommodating to our families needs. I am so thankful and could not be more pleased to have had their help during a difficult time. A special thank you to both of them and the Minshall Shropshire family for all of the help.
