Dr. Michael F. Shank, DO

Known him for many many years. He's always delivered good quality care. As much time and as often needed, he's the Dr for Geriatrics! This from a retired Nurse. I'd trust him.

Hes great with patients. Id actually rate him at 5 stars. BUT the women who answer his office phones are the worst! They are shockingly unhelpful, combative without provocation, and downright rude. Horrible frontline ambassadors for any business. They should all be retrained or fired immediately.

Does not return multiple phone calls. Had a staff member call. I said that I had some serious concerns and would like to speak to dr shaank personally. I was told he would call me, he never did . So if good communication with your Dr is important to you...
