He provided the comprehensive report in a very timely manner. He walked me through the test results in amazing detail and answered every question I had. Michael is the best advocate you can have for mold issues. He comes to your home and tests, assesses and guides you through the potential remediation options. I have gone back to him several times with questions and asked him to review a remediation proposal. He has always been available and helpful.
