      image Just showed up for an appointment that I had scheduled months in advance only for the front office to let me know that they had canceled it without any warning. Their explanation was that they needed my new insurance card, which I brought with me. I was given no warning or notification thay they were canceling my appointment. I took off from work to drive to the office for this appointment and the front office screwed me.
