I am very pleased with our new, Ventis Forever fireplace installed by D.J. Cross. Their price came in significantly less than a local competitor, yet their quality is superb. From our initial estimate, we had confidence that the team knew what they were doing and would complete our job well. Laurie in the office was always responsive to my questions, and Bill, our technician, was on time, friendly, and professional. I would strongly recommend D.J. Cross to others looking for fireplace replacement work.
Update: About a month after our initial work, I asked Bill to come back out to help mitigate some cold air we were experiencing around our chimney walls. I use them for drier vent cleaning, they are very professional. They were able to fix a major fire hazard in my attic, install an access point for easier access to the hose, and install a more modern termination point, and clean the hose. The first day they spotted the problem and the second day they were able to fix it. Recommended! :)
Edit: just had them visit in 2023 and they are professional as always. They redid the tape and told me how much lint there was.
