        I was invited to be a Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Committee of the DCBA in mid-2022. I had absolutely no idea how to perform the functions of this role, but felt it was vital to have a local voice on issues affecting Delaware County's injured workers, the businesses that employ them, and the lawyers who represent each of them. The committee includes counsel for claimants and defendants, providing a balanced perspective on any given issue.
