Attorney Christopher Bokas

I was attacked while shopping in Giant, Coplay PA. The police wrote false statement contradicting what surveillance video shows. The police state I entered store and was the one who assaulted this woman when video shows she entered store and attacked me. I hired Mr. Bokas to defend me but he refuses to have magistrate see video proving police lied and I was the one attacked. I had to act in self defense to stop her beating on my chest with her fists. I had small shopping cart I used to push her away from me. She had bruises on her stomach from shopping cart (or so she claims). I am 70 years old with multiple medical problems and her assault has caused me a great deal of pain. She was 71 years old. Supposedly because I am so much younger than she I was not allowed to defend myself. Mr, Bokas has refused to answer any questions I have about him insisting I just plead guilty. I sent him message May 19, 2023 which he refuses to reply to. I can not understand why they feel it is okay for a person to enter a grocery store and attack a person they don't even know. I paid Mr. Bokas to defend me not to side with my attacker against me.

Chris was my mothers lawyer up until she passed in 1999. He even helped draw up custody papers to give me custody of my two brothers after her passing for free if I remeber correctly. He knew my mom didn't have a lot of money and would always tell her don't worry just buy me a cheesesteak to make up the difference. He's not just a good lawyer but he's a stand up guy as well. Highly recommended him to anyone.

I am a client who trusted Mr Bokas with my life I feel that he didn't do his job correctly when Representing me on my legal Matters..I feel that he never listened to me the client when I expressed my Innocence to him countless times he always made excuses & Did not do what I asked of him he took my hard Earned money made me enter into a please that I Never wanted to do because I Am innocent...Now I'm faced with loosing everything I have may even have to do over a year up State in the Process of loosing my Home,my Family! To me I feel that he is a Liar & takes advantage of the less fortunate as myself I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND HIM TO A DOG & I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE BAR ASSOCIATION
