We purchased a door through HomeRite and have been very satisfied!! The installation was fantastic, the guys cleaned up so well it never looked like anyone was there. HomeRite was great to work with from the process of purchasing to installing 2 storm doors, including their excellent communication (Brittni & Jared). Jared was my salesperson and was very helpful with working with my needs and budget and explaining the various options. And they were patient with working around my schedule with another contractor working on flooring in the same sunroom where doors were installed to outside. The installation technician (JD?) was skilled and cleaned up afterwards. If I have any future door/window needs for my home, I will be sure to contact HomeRite. From beginning to end, the process of purchasing the windows and having them installed was perfection. HomeRite staff were ALL highly professional and exceptional to work with. I would hire again and highly recommend.

When we told our neighbor that we needed new windows, she said she already did all the research & there was no one better to go to in the area. Raved about her experience with Home Rite & now I get to do the same! From initial contact using their website to final contact with a human, the process is smooth & stress free. My first judgement on a company is do they have a website & how easy is it to use. My 2nd judgement is the first interaction with a person and my 3rd is: does what the website say match what the people are giving me. Yes Yes Yes for HomeRite! I still can't get over that it was one guy (Rj) who completed install of 5 windows in 2 days! I'm a super perfectionist so the first thing I looked at was the caulking lines. Smooth & near perfect - be fair.. no one is perfect! We had constant communication with the HomeRite team including Brittani & Jason. They double checked their measurements before install. We had a call on the first day of install asking how it was going. I really felt like we were their only customers. No one gives one on one attention like that anymore! Second day RJ called to let us know he was running behind. He said he expected to be here by 930am and was several minutes earlier than that. It's a delight having our new windows and screens in our home. I can open the windows with one finger, they tilt in for easy cleaning, and the screens are easy to take out as needed.
