Drove 4.5hrs to buy a trailer from them, brought my brand new trailer as a trade in. Absolute low balled me on the trailer. When i said ill take the trailer back home the salesmen questioned how i planned on doing such, originally asked if they could lend a hand loading it and ill be on my way. Originally said yes then they wanted 2 hrs of labor to load it. Rolled the trailer onto my new trailer in 10 mins and drove off. Original salesmen was awesome but it was his day off, and got someone else who couldve cared less. General manager continued offering me $100 increments to keep my trade in as "best we can do offers". Great price for the trailer i bought but sales member and general manager on the lot was straight delusional.
