        I had an AMAZING experience with Sasha at the Mechanicsburg location. She was quick and she cared. She helped me in ways I didn't know possible even after I messed up my online appointment. And, after the train wreck I went through last year, it was nice to be able to take a breath and trust in someone to help me file correctly. THANK YOU SASHA!!!

        Very nice place. Very patient but very slow with processing. Dont get me wrong I would rather for them to take their time when processing but they move slow and work slow. Other than that they are great!

        We dropped off our taxes in March of 2022 and no one was in contact with us, called left messages and no one got back to us at all!! When we just went to pick them up they still were not done and they lost my daughters taxes! Do not go here its awful since Heidi left
