I had upper back and shoulder pain for years (and thought it would never go away). I ended up having my right shoulder operated on and 2 years later my left (labral tears). I did my therapy for both shoulders at Inspired (I was pretty much a regular there ). I love the staff and Jim (owner) is super knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was going on with my shoulders and the rehab I needed. I had been to other PT establishments prior to surgery and felt like a number and that I wasnt getting anywhere. But at Inspired, you can tell the staff really individualizes your care, listens, and helps you reach your goals. Now Im back to doing the activities I never thought Id be able to do again. All the thanks in the world!

Loved both the physical therapy aspect of this and the new inspired to perform area which helped me build back my strength in my knee and along with making me stronger throughout my whole body. The place was great and everyone was so nice and supportive of me. They were great to be around.

I highly recommend Inspired Physical Therapy. Staff is so friendly and it works for me.
