I showed up five minutes late for an appointment. I was told 820. No one ever said that I had to be there by 8 oclock for arrival. I was told they would still fit me in but then the dr changed her mind and then said that I have to come back two hours later. They clearly have no consideration for people who have small toddlers. Obviously, I dont want my daughter to miss her appointment but they need to consider what parents go through trying to get 2 toddlers there and maybe we should be aware of arrival times. I would much rather find a new doctor than be put through this.

The front desk receptionists are very rude, I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then when I shared that I was having health issues and had to reschedule, I was told its considered a no show and Ill get a letter. Im always early to the appointments for my kids and now that I needed to reschedule, I have to wait a month for an appointment plus I got disrespected for being sick. They lack empathy and decency. The doctors seem great, the front desk staff are not a good representation of the facility at all.

This place just really sucks, they havent helped us at all with our daughters problems, we had an emergency tonight, called the 24 hour line, the lady we spoke to was incredibly rude. Told us a nurse would call us back to tell us what to do about our 2 year old daughter is very serious pain, waited for damn near two hours and no call. We called again only for the lady be rude, called a third time and the same lady lied and said the my daughters dad said F you, which he didnt, then hung up on me when Im begging for help for my 2 year old child who has been in pain all damn day, and the lady also refused to give us her name so that we could report her. Took our daughter to the ER and the doctor we saw was a lot more help than our childs own doctor, we are never coming to this office ever again! Absolutely horrible!

Worst experience ever . The people at the front desk have a lack of consideration and sympathy when they talk to you on the phone. They seem not to care when a parent is having a concern about their kids being sick or trying to find reassurance with the doctor.. if it is not a true emergency to them, they don't let you set up an appt. They only can suggest to go to a urgent care or ER So why do I have a pediatric in the first place? If they cannot make the time to see my children's when they are feeling sick and not able to accommodate my child on the same day to see a doctor (after trying everything to ease the pain ) ER is not always an answer The doctors are not the problem... the problem is that people in the front desk need to have better manners and training. After all they are dealing with sick children that need help... I strongly suggest to stay away unless you want experience heartache. .
