Based on how their staff drives their clearly marked "dealer" vehicles on 81, weaving in and out of traffic giving people the middle finger, their professionalism needs some work.

Great purchasing experience! No pressure, no haggle, fair deal. My car was showroom ready (literally) when I arrived. Would highly recommend dealership and salesperson, Jay Fencel.

Very knowledgeable sales person, absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. Josh was very patient with me throughout the process as I was initially indecisive and had many questions. I highly recommend Freysinger Mazda.

The worst place that i ever seen in my life, I bought a brand new car Mazda cx-50 at this dealership, the car had an issue from the first day of purchase, but I found the issue by myself after 2 days from purchase date, then I contacted the dealer to fix my car after 3 times back and forth they couldnt fix the issue, I was trying to take the car for the 4 time but they didnt accept it and they kicked me out from the dealership, i was tried to talk to the sale manager they never let me to find the sale manager, for all the time they gave me an excuse (manager is sick today or on vacation or etc), Service team, couldnt find and fix my car issue till now the first day of service they scratched my front bumper and didnt let me know, I found it by myself, thats a big shame for this place again they refused to change the bumper and never did it, Sales person, before I signed the paperwork he said anything that I need it he can help with me then after I got all these issues with my car and this place he just said I dont know any time i want to ask a question again he said dont know, okay if you dont know anything why you are working here!!! i do not recommend to buy CX-50 never and dont recommend this place never never!!! Im loosing alot of money of this purchase
