        I am a "professional" car buyer-I buy a lot of cars and so I deal with numerous car dealers and their sales/purchasing experience. I have never had such a good experience. And I don't buy "cheap" cars-$50,000 is a low cost vehicle for me, so my expectations are pretty high. Bill Hartman went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with buying a car. Everything was lined up and took a minimal amount of time to consummate the deal. When I was given the keys, the car was detailed and shined to a glossy finish. Bill then went inside the car with me and explained every single button and option, TWICE. He installed and set up the app on my phone and set up the Bluetooth connection for my phone to be integrated to the car. I was so pleased and impressed that I am trading in my 2022 C7 Corvette for an LC500. I bought two C7s and spent over $100,000 for each one and my purchasing experience was half as good as what I experienced at Rahal Lexus with Bill Hartman.
