Possibly the most corrupt cleaning company. Management fails to provide the proper supplies for cleaning and fails to replace broken/dysfunctional equipment (ie. malfunctioning floor scrubbers and vacuums), cause drama when they show up by attempting to provoke employees (they also try to provoke employees in phone calls), lie about paid holidays off, lie about how many hours employees are allowed to have, sometimes very rude and disrespectful when communicating, which in numerous times they wouldn't even communicate. Some of the other people they hired to help clean floors appeared to have little to no idea what they were doing and spent most of their time talking on the phone or walking around following the cleaning crew and pointing red lights at me. Management did not give us an advance notice and failed to communicate that these workers were going to show up. They often do not train employees properly. Sometimes the mananagement wouldn't even show up for inspections or to touch base with their workers for months, which they were supposedly to do monthly. Very corrupt company who don't appear to care about anything other than lining their own pockets and made this very clear by cutting work hours for employees multiple times, even after praising their employees' work. They also will hire underaged staff. Unprofessional, disrespectful, arrogant and aggressive management towards employees. They tell other employees about other people's business as well. In numerous instances, a boss would have three-way calls without informing the employee of the other person on the phone. Would NOT recommend working for this "company". Stay away! There seems to be a reason EMS are trying to hire for multiple accounts, likely because no one wants to work for people who are that rude and unprofessional!

Corrupt company, Lori thier corrupt boss, denies pto the day b4 your off for pto, they work you on holidays and don't pay you for it, and not to mention the favoritism since her daughter and best friend work their too

Been with Ems cleaning at my assigned building I had prior to them tak8ng over buildings contract. 1.5 years now. I have my own building and i work alone with their full trust. They bring me produc/suppliest as needed and are quick and responsive to help for any need I may have. Best company I have ever worked for, best management and Leads and HR. Hands down! Hope they keep our buildings contract FOREVER!!!!! My husband is applying with them this week for ft floor care position as well!!!
