Shiner Insurance Agency PC

I have had car insurance and home insurance with Shiner insurance for about 12 years now. I was a young driver when i first came here for car insurance. Dave Shiner has been so helpful, kind, and always looked out for my best financial well-being, even if that means he didn't make a dime. He knows his trade well, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than Him. He is always willing to answer the call and does it with great passion. I can't speak for anyone else's experiences, but mine and mine have been top-notch every time.

Dave Shiner has been my agent for 30+yrs.just wanted to thank him again for just being the best insurance agent anybody could ask for. I've been a pain in the back side. Great office. They save me so much over the yrs. I brag on my agent. Tell all who will listen. Blessings for all in this agency.

I used to love this company, definitely switching immediately. I have all my cars, life insurance, mortgage insurance and my sons rental insurance with them and I dread having to call them. Its rare i need too but when I do, I ALWAYS feel like I am bothering them. I would say names but I wont. I work waay too hard for my money to feel this way. Whenever I needed to get a quote, its always fast service and they do get back to you right away, likely because thats more money for them but the customer service, Ill pass. I have never paid late on any of my policies, EVER!!!! you would think they would value a customer of 10 years. Might stick with ERIE just different location

This is the worst insurance company! I have been with them since 2005. The last 2 claims I made were not paid out due to exclusions in the policy. I am cancelling!! Amazing how much you charge and raise the rates, but when its time to pay out... always exclusions. Pathetic!!!
