        Been with then for 11 years. Vickie was always friendly and got back to me is a quick and reasonable time. She knew her stuff for sure. I never had an issue with getting coverage on any new Truck or Motorcycle I purchased, or finding me a better cheaper insurance when premiums go up for no real reason. Now that Vickie has retired, things Have changed. My Daughter and soon to be son in Law moved here from MA. So I took them to my Favorite Insurance Broker to set them up. They are still very friendly, but getting them to call back seems to be lacking these days. They do lack Vickie's knowledge of the insurance game too. It also seems that having walk in customers is more of a priority than my Daughter who was waiting for 5 Days for a Quote. We should not have to keep calling them back because they forgot to call us or other reasons. I know filling Vickie's shoes will be an extremely huge task. But at least keep the customers informed, even if waiting for the insurance company response or you have to do more research..
