    First off I will start with we tried staying here with a 6 year old. Upon arriving the check in processing went easy and smooth other than looking around. Booking online though my credit card was glitchy and it gave me a king smoking room which was easily changed to a two queen non smoking (great). Went and found our room and upon going in the room seemed clean until we went to the bathroom. The bathroom door had looked like it kicked in at some point, all the towels had black finger prints on them and the tub needed some serious bleach and elbow grease. We couldn't even walk around the room without the people underneath us pounding on the walls. We left for a few hours and came back, showed in Crocs with our own towels and the people down below even just showering still pounding on the walls. Another awkward moment was sitting in the bed you could hear the people next store while conversation through the wall. Our 6 year old was terrified from all the banging, we were upset with the cleanliness of the bathroom so at 10pm we decided to drive 2 hours home rather than staying there. The guy behind the desk was very apologetic, offered us a new room and to go down and see what the problem was with the room down below (the only reason I gave this a two star review was because of this gentleman) but at this point we were over it and just ready to leave. I won't go into the results of the people that were hangout out and looked like they had been living there since they didn't bother us but I would recommend looking elsewhere to stay.

    Carpet not clean. Bed not clean. Bathroom we don't talk about it. I asked to change rooms without carpet, it was not better, there was a strong smell of Febreze to mask other smells. I finally handed over the room key card and left without asking for a refund. No, but you have to be poor to go there. At Wingate Windham it's almost the same price and really really clean. Sorry for the gentleman at reception who was correct. It's nothing personal sir.
