        For the first time ever, my experience here was fantastic. I am embarrassed, to say, I forget what the customer service lady's name is, but she helped me threw the issue with my order, followed by offering a discount on the item I desperately need. Needless to say, I left the store speechless and in tears because in my mind she went over and beyond what she had to. A++++++ customer service representative bye bye Lowes hello homedepot.

        I ordered a toddler bed online . It says it was delivered but it never came to my address. FedEx delivered it to someone else address and marked as delivered to me. Next time i will do order pick up instead of online delivery .
