I am so grateful to have worked with TSgt Hawes. My recruiting process has been long and far from ordinary seeing as Im in the Tampa Bay Area. Despite this TSgt Hawes stepped in when the recruiters in my area were failing to do so. While it was difficult doing the entire process online he was there every step of the way ensuring that I was up to date with any information I needed, and even going the extra mile by setting up FaceTimes and zoom meetings to keep us on the same page. To put it simply he went above and beyond compared to any other recruiter Ive talked to!

Ive had the pleasure of working with TSgt Hawes for some time now, and hes by far the best recruiter Ive spoken to throughout my enlistment process. Hes very professional, yet easy to feel comfortable and safe with. I never had to worry about whether or not I could trust his word, and I appreciated his straightforward and unbiased input. He answered every question to his best ability and if he was unsure, he looked into it and got back to me promptly. It was never an I dont know without a response. He was great at following up and making sure I had everything squared away and ready to go. Id suggest to anyone looking to enter the Air Force- seek out TSgt Hawes and ask to work with him, hes great!

TSgt Hawes was the best recruiter I could ask for. Not only was he doing his job by recruiting me but he was making sure it would be something that I would like, but also looked out for me future career wise.TSgt Hawes is most definitely an easy to talk to person as well as someone that can give you the information you need at any given time. Im truly satisfied with my experience with him in my recruiting process and strongly recommend seeing him for anyone looking to join!
