        Working through estate processes and the mountain of paperwork for a Medicaid application is quite daunting. Patrick Cawley and Kathy Gingrich of Keystone Elder Law made this complicated process much easier. They prepared a plan and assisted with all paperwork for our mother's application and promptly answered our many questions through the review and approval process. I don't know that we could have done it without their assistance. Highly recommended!

      KEYSTONE ELDER LAW P.C.

      Keystone Elder Law shields the middle class from the costs of getting older. We do that in the following ways:

      1. We design estate plans that fit each client's need for asset protection, keeping in mind predictable threats like long-term care costs and taxes. A plan for incapacity is just as important as a plan to distribute property after someone dies.

      2. When a family member's health declines, a higher level of care may be necessary. We guide families through care options and, where appropriate, achieve Medicaid eligibility for long-term care costs.

      3. When a loved one dies, someone must administer the estate. Setting an estate involves a series of steps established by law. We take the burden away from the executor of the estate to make sure that the rules are followed.
