First time patient, my experience was amazing. My dental hygienist and Dentist were super friendly, they made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. Its a small quaint Dentist office. The staff were super friendly and professional. Surely I will be going back.

Last week I went to Meadow Ridge for an emergency treatment. I got an appointment very fast. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk for at least ten minutes. A dental assistant took me back and asked some questions before going to talk to the dentist. The assistant came back and said she needed to take a lot of x-rays and could not help my immediate need. I never saw the dentist. The assistant said their office does not do emergency treatments even though the website says the do and the dentist could have at least seen me. Do not waste your time. They only wanted my insurance to pay for unnecessary x-rays and completely disregarded my health

Both my hygienist and dentist were very professional, very detail oriented, and very patient. They took time out to answer my questions thoroughly. That was very helpful to me. And the dentist assistant seems to be happy working there. She hummed the songs playing in her head. Her blissful attitude was contagious and filled my heart with joy when I walk out at the end of my appointment. Thats an assuring sign that everyone feels safe and happy working there.
