This place is amazing! They treat you like family! They do great work. My dental assistant was awesome! He was down to earth definitely a great guy! The dentist is cool and and all the ladies are happy and friendly! They did my custom dentures exactly how I wanted them! (They can make your teeth bling)

This place is a scam!!! The dentist spends exactly 10 minutes with you-- long enough to do an exam. They only do cleanings in 2 seperate appointments-- 1 appointment for the top teeth and a separate appointment for the bottom. I went to this practice for a year. I have really good dental insurance. After my exam, I was ushered into a room to speak with a 20 year old office manager with only a high school diploma and no medical training, who just got promoted from receptionist because all of the staff that were there longer than her had left, to discuss the dentist's findings and plan of care. Prior to this, I tried to discuss options for my plan of care with the dentist. He provided very limited options based on what he assumed I could afford. I told these people I had really good insurance and the means to pay for care. They kept telling how they bill and that I would be reimbursed by insurance, if anything was covered, after I pay out of pocket. After 45 minutes with the 20 year old office manager, she FINALLY agrees to look into my insurance coverage. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. No one wears scrubs... their is no privacy... seems very grimey. I've never had a dental cleaning happen in 2 appointments. Seems they use that to bill the insurance twice for the price of 1. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

First The implants meet my liking 2 we had a confussion about scheduling that i probaly was mis understood,they correct it and I take the blame 3 I called 4 times on a Friday to schedule refit no answer,left email on web page for schedule for re fit no answe.Called monday,no answer so I decided to call my friend who is a patient to call them just toget through 1st ring pick up So now I feel disrespected,because indeed my call were being censored for what ever reason, and after re fit i will never go back. I was contacted after this post to ensure that that it was a big misunderstanding, and yes I agree Im 60 years old and Im grew up with 9 to 5 5days a week hours, and the time I called they on a half a schedule and they were closed 2pm. i think im just becoming a grumpy old man ,God help me.,that is working too hard..
