I truly can't say enough good things about Chris. He really takes the time to understand the issues and come up with great ideas and "tools for your toolbox" to use in the future to deal with and overcome the problems you are facing. He is genuinely invested in helping you grow as a person and teach you the skills you need. He is caring, encouraging, personable, and relatable and makes therapy something I looked forward to. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. If you are looking for someone to help guide you and you are willing to take his amazing suggestions to heart and put them to work he is your guy!

Chris provided us with tools to better understand one another and to look from a different perspective when communicating. He gave us direction and guidance when it came to understanding our experiences and values which allowed us to open up with compassion. I highly recommend Chris counseling services. Hes kind and empathetic which makes him very easy to work with.

Chris is absolutely amazing at what he does. He has a great understanding of all walks of life, and can assist you in navigating the root of your issues in a way that puts you at ease. I learned so much from him, the time spent was absolutely priceless. I have been to a handful of counselors in my life time, and he has been the best. Hands down, no question. I highly recommend his services to anyone. He is very passionate about what he does, and he truly cares.

My fianc and I went to Chris for premarital counseling and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about psychology & relationships and his experience in helping couples is second to none. Chris was able to point out areas in our relationship that could be a potential problem for us in the future, and he gave us tools and resources we needed to openly discuss and improve on these areas in our relationship now. Chris made us feel that every session we attended with him was the only session he had scheduled for the day as Chris devoted 100% of his attention to us and genuinely cared about our concerns. If you are engaged and looking to strengthen your relationship before marriage, I would highly recommend seeking Chris expertise before getting married so that you may have the same confidence and peace of mind about your relationship as what my fianc and I have about ours.

Chris is a wonderful relationship counselor. He is unbiased and it is very clear he is an expert in his field. My girlfriend and I walked in there with so much tension it was like a scene from Scooby-Doo when he cuts a donut out of the fog. Chris breaks up that tension and is a fantastic mediator. He also kept things simple while giving us the tools and knowledge to enhance our communication, manage and understand our reactions, and build a stronger connection with one another. Thanks to Chris, our relationship is stronger than ever and my girlfriend is slowly but surely beginning to trust me after I broke her trust. I would recommend Chris Gilver a million times over and can not thank him enough for the amazing things he has done for our relationship.
