        Great experience! My phone charger had problems with the charging cord not staying in the charging port bit last night it wouldn't go in at all. Took it in today and was greeted very pleasantly. I explained my problem and he looked at it, grabbed a tool from the counter and proceeded to dig in the port. He took it to the back and came out within minutes. He dug a bit more to make sure everything was out. The problem was dust and what-not packed in the port. Best money I didn't have to spend. If I have any more problems, this is the place I'll take it to. Excellent service, excellent customer service and an all-around satisfying experience. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!
