Scott is very nice and professional. He does a superb job deep steaming the carpets. The results are excellent. I have used him more then once for my rental unit. He is safe to use.

We'd had an accident with some very tough stains that have been tracked throughout our home and I panicked! I called Xtreme Pro Clean because they have been so highly recommended by my friends. I got an appointment very quickly and I was so pleased with the service we received and how hard they worked to remove these terrible stains. Our carpets looked new when they were done and I could not be more pleased! While that situation was the serious sort that could have caused us to have to tear out rooms and hallways and stairs, thousands of dollars worth of carpet, I'd recommend them for even maintenance. Because the carpets looked brand-new when they were done cleaning, I'm thinking that I should have them on a schedule because like my husband said, taking care of carpet professionally costs pennies compared to replacing it!

Scott took his time to explain everything efficiently and over my lunch break cleaned all of my problem areas in my home. I have two dogs and I wanted to make sure there weren't any spots. Having a puppy she has had some accidents. He's an individual entity so his prices were WAY better than any other company in the area. Dealing with the owner, I knew the job would be more than perfect. I couldn't be happier. He made it so reasonably priced I know I can afford to do this on a regular basis and keep my carpets in tip top condition. I also learned that he has the ability to clean the black spots off of my gutters and powerwash - now I'll have a clean home inside and out!!!!!
