image We came all the way from nyc looking for a specific car, but the dealership turned out to have sold it already. We decided to not leave empty handed and called Lawrence Chevrolet and they answered right away and were very efficient. When we got there we looked through a couple Tahoes until we found the perfect one. We had a certain price in mind and Adam who was our salesmen delivered. While we were going through the process there came up an issue with the insurance but Florence the Business manager and Adam stayed even after closing time to help us out. I cant describe just how thankful I am, so in short I completely recommend them.

image The service advisor is a fast talker and you feel like your concerns are not being addressed appropriately. You don't feel like a valued customer, just a number. I have concerns about work that was done for a check engine light on a 2022 Silverado with 41,000 miles. Was told a wiring harness was bad and that it wasn't covered under warranty, when they called for me to pick up the truck I was informed that the check engine light was still on and they replaced a warranty part and the light went away. I was still charged for the original repair, eventhough, there is a service bulletin that covers this repair and throughout the chevy forums it's a known problem. I raised my concerns to the advisor, and brought in supporting material, asked to speak with the manager, of course he wasn't available. I called the next day and was told it was being assessed. It's been several days and still no follow up, eventhough I already paid for the repair. Also, an oil change was supposedly completed. The sticker was not installed and the oil light wasn't reset, I paid for this service and questioned it, I was told to swing by so they can put a sticker on the windshield. Definitely doesn't make me feel any better considering the other repairs seem a bit shady. Should have listened to the reviews and went to Turner Chevrolet. I got a response from the review to contact them directly, which I already have done by phone and email and still no follow-up. Also, they should leave a more direct contact, not just Lawrence Chevrolet Team. The service manager is not helpful and we are unable to resolve the issue, I asked for another contact and he gives me GM customer service, that is not acceptable, poor customer service. Problem still not satisfactorily resolved, just read through the service reviews over the past year, not very good and many mention Mark the service manager and my advisor Rick as not being customer satisfaction oriented, especially the service manager Mark as being unresponsive and rude. Take your business elsewhere or you may pay a diagnostic fee from just calling them and scheduling service. I have asked Mark numerous times through email to be given another contact of someone else I can speak with, he has not replied or provided the requested information after four emails. Obviously if they really cared about their customers they would've reached out to me by now, they have my information on file, so don't let the generic response from the "owner ", fool you. If they were concerned about the review or their customers they would provide a direct contact on their response. At this point there's no way I would return or recommend Lawrence Chevrolet for service. Be Warned!
