        The PNC Bank located on Main Street Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania has been my bank for many years. On Thursday February 29 2024 I had an appointment with Christine to help me resolve issues on my account. Again and again I chose this bank and Christine.. She always helps put my mind at ease when I need assistance. Christine goes above and beyond to explain and get the problems completed accurately and timely. Thank you Christine and PNC Bank for your customer service and support for me . Many kudos!!

        Customer service is seriously lacking at this branch. Spoke w/2 reps, than escalated to a manger, Greg. He was supposed to look into the issue and get back to me. 2 weeks passed, no follow up. Called back in, spoke w/Nissa who able to get the problem resolved overnight. Hence, the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 1.
