Our wolfgang refrigerator (sub zero) compressor has gone bad in less than 4 years. It has been 8 weeks and still we can get someone to fix our refrigerator. We had to buy 2nd refrigerator to get by day today cooking. All our appliances are from Wolfgang brand and spent thousands of dollars. Very disappointing experience. Hope someone will help us with this refrigerator!

I spoke with them on Saturday about a repair for our dryer, and they were out and repaired it within 48 hours. The technician was polite, professional, and quick. The charges were very fair and there were no games or goofy charges. I would and will recommend Wolfgang Appliance Repair. Thanks for a job well done!

Repairing our Frigidaire oven door that exploded. Put us off for three weeks finally sent a technician that refused to wear a mask. Became ignorant when I asked him to. Sarcastic and bragged that his family owns the company so I could report him for his ignorant attitude if I wanted to Called the company Wolfgang and he said the technician was his cousin and they were fully vaccinated then suggested I use someone else. I see why they have a 1.5 rating and I wonder why Frigidaire is using them. Wow BAD SERVICE.

They came to repair my washing machine a start button would work sometimes he scan the barcode and said they dont make parts for this anymore but hed see what he could do he proceeded to tear things apart breaking the clips to the machine so he could not get it back together he tried electrical tape to tape things back together when he unplugged my washer he ripped my carpet then told me I needed a new washing machine because it would not work anymore I asked him what my bill was and he said nothing because he knew I was not happy with him The machine was working when he came when he left was beyond repair they should we place or at least fix the carpet they ruined in my opinion worst business and company I ever dealt with would never use them again Service: Washer/dryer repair
