Good afternoon Brandy,We really tried to do everything that we could on multiple levels to make the entire process as easy as possible for you, and I'm sorry that it didn't work out.The Tahoe has been owned and driven in western Pennsylvania since 2019. We have snowy winters, and the roads are salted. All vehicles in this area have surface rust underneath them. With that being said, Pennsylvania also has one of the strictest inspection processes in the country, and this vehicle did pass the full inspection. The surface rust is not unsafe, nor is it uncommon. We do not typically take photos or videos of the underneath of vehicles, but since you asked, Jayden provided what was requested in an effort to be as transparent as possible. There is also an undercoating product that we offer and can explore to help to seal the underside from further corrosion, but there is a cost associated with that. The vehicle that you were interested in is currently in pending sale for another individual, but should it become available again, I'd be happy to look into that with you.As far as the expenses are concerned, we will not be reimbursing you. We took the vehicle off of our available inventory for over 2 weeks to hold it for you, which is also an expense that we have incurred.
