Worst snow removal company ever! It snowed on Thursday morning, merit came out Thursday night and did a piss poor job. Plow truck went through the lot one time, and someone threw some salt out. Then they come back 2 days later at 6am to finish the job. Horrible experience. Couldn't get out because they didn't want to work. We pay them to clear the snow, get here and clear it.

Under the new leadership team, Merit has been making huge strides in a positive direction both internally and with service execution. Employee morale is now super high. Client goals and satisfaction are a core focus and has shown measurable results. And subcontractors are heard, and valued more then ever before. I could not be more optimistic and proud of Merit today.

I have lived in a condo who has used their services for the last 4 years. If I had a say, they do such a horrible job, they would have to pay me to do my yard. These are photos of the destruction they do to yards. Week after week I watched our lawn throughout the community just get destroyed. They don't know what they are doing. All that aside, they are untrustworthy. Every time they come to blow out the leaves from our property, they come on to my patio. And every time I find something of value missing. I can't prove the items were there, which is why I haven't called the police about this, but I can say one of the items missing was valued at over $100. Do not use them unless you want missing items and a destroyed yard.

I have worked for Merit for 3 months in NC and they have paid me on time and have been excellent to work for and with. Since there are so many negative reviews I wanted to post something positive. I own and operate a lawncare company.
