Nemours Children's Health, Malvern

There is not any positive atmosphere there. Not be serious about your health. Just serious about their money or convnience.

Choosing Nemours for our baby is the best decision my husband and I have made for her. The staff is always so nice, they answer all of our questions (which is a lot for new parents) and they have an on call nurse line. It seriously eases my mind when I feel like my baby is not doing well and Im able to get a nurse on the phone right away to let me know if its something to worry about or a totally normal baby thing. They are prompt to answer my questions through the app as well. My husband and I were going to take our daughter to the exton office when she was born but when we called they didnt have the space and referred us to the paoli office and we are completely ok with traveling a little further because Dr Eleey is great. We wouldnt have found her if we went to exton! Also, I just want to add that the lactation room is awesome. Im sure its probably required by child care facilities but its very nice that there is a rocking chair and a table. My baby and I were very comfortable while she ate.

The best pediatrician I ever found. Everybody is sweet and care about your child. If you need to go t the emergency care you can go to Nemours in Delaware. I love this hospital, it's Paoli branch and all it's staff.
