Interesting how if you want to pay the bill you get someone on the phone right away, but if you have questions about the bill it is impossible to speak with someone. BBB, FDA and probably getting my attorney involved must be the next step.

My mom's heart monitor. I'm sending it back... because adhesive doesn't adhere, then sensor gets loose and phone alarms. It's very annoying, particularly at night.

Wore only 3 days and charged $9,000.00. Medicare should deny all amount and look into this company!

Money Alert! If your doctor uses this company's equipment to monitor your health, switch to a doctor that does NOT use them or be prepared to pay $$$$$$. If this company has over-charged you for services provided through a Health Care Provider, please contact the Physician and inform him or her with a copy of your bill.

Getting the thing to work sucked enough (I ended up with 2 units because the one never connected), when it did it barely had service. Trying to deal with their billing is an absolute headache. Don't use their website to try to pay your bill. I cannot say enough bad things about this company.
