        I was really disappointed. They were very responsive to my initial request and sent out James to look at what we wanted done. He seemed to understand and seemed confident. James said he could have it back very quickly, and would do a lot of it in his truck. A week went by so I reached out and they said I would have a response by Monday. Another week went by. I reached out again....no response now. They've ghosted me.

        We have used Texada twice. Lisa designed 2 patios for us and James, her husband and his crew implemented the design. Both were beautiful. Lisa, James and crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. Their company offers many more services than patio design so check them out.
