        02/14/2024 NO REFUND NO DELIVERY 2:41 PM... Still no heat or refund. My cats are in my bed and I'm sending my children to their grandparents house for heat. ....... NO HEAT. After THOUSANDS of dollars spent in heating fuel for my home, today I had a $300 credit on my account. I was $21 short and they REFUSED to bill me later and canceled my delivery. They told me to get MORE money from the GOVERNMENT to pay the $21 and will not deliver until I do so. Meanwhile, you allow the white customers to buy heating oil on credit. Now I sit here with no heat bc I refused to BEG the GOVERNMENT for $21 more dollars. They have refused to refund me as well. #LIHEAP SCAMMING

        We moved in to the Chester County area 4.5 years ago. We never had a home with oil heat. We were a little standoffish about trusting anyone not to rip us off. Thanks when we heard some good things about Chester County Fuel Oil. Wow what a relief working with them. Rick and his team were so helpful and knowledgeable about everything relating to our boiler and how to keep us warm all winter long. Over the past summer our air conditioner crapped out on a weekend. They had someone over right away and had us back up and running in hours. The whole team is professional and concerned about their customers. I highly recommend CCFO for all your heating and cooling needs!

      Hello Ms. Durnell, We pride ourselves with being one of the largest of LIHEAP's suppliers in the county. For decades we have been able to help folks who qualify for the LIHEAP program, and have a successful process in place to make sure we can both properly help our many LIHEAP qualified clients, and maintain our business in a fair way. During our phone call yesterday we tried to discuss this process with you, but were immediately met with profanities and baseless accusations that were inappropriate to our staff when it was discovered that there was a shortage on your account. We initiated your refund to LIHEAP after our phone call yesterday, where the money should be available right away for use with another provider. We are fortunate to be able to provide plenty of options for our customers, no matter their financial situation, and never want to leave anyone in the cold. However, we need calm, direct cooperation to make this happen, and won’t stand for obscenities toward our staff. We would like to extend our sympathies to you, and at this point, suggest reaching out directly to LIHEAP to discuss your solutions.
