        When I signed up with Mike Ellis Fitness I had no idea how big of an impact this would have on my life. I needed to drop some weight and failed trying it on my own. After an initial phone conversation with Mike, he put together an amazing meal plan and workout regimen. Within a few weeks, the weight started coming off and I started feeling so much better physically and mentally. The weekly check-ins and photos made me take responsibility for my food choices and dedicating time for my workouts. His weekly recaps encouraged me to keep going with his positive attitude and helpful hints. I have never looked or felt better since my college years and I owe it all to Mike and his amazing program. I highly recommend him and his program to anyone looking to drop some weight and/or just wanting to get in better physical condition. You wont be disappointed!

        My experience with Mike has been an absolute game changer! I asked Mike if he can help me lose 25lbs before my next doctors appointment which was in 6 months. Mike sent me a program and a great meal plan, he also gave me a one on one training session once a week, he was there to answer all my questions and also checked up on me to make sure I was ok with the program, and the meal plan, it wasnt easy but I made sure I stuck to the plan from start to finish. Thank you Mike for helping me change my life around my cholesterol is low again so is my blood sugar and everything else that comes along with my health.heres my before and after pics to show you guys that hard work and dedication will work !!
