Employees are nice and super helpful. Though the hotel needs a deep clean and new, mold free AC units.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights but I should've left after the first day. The price was the only positive thing I can take away from here. When I arrived at 4 pm no one was at the desk to check me in. I waited about 10-15 minutes until someone acknowledged I was there. A bell to ring or a phone to use to obtain service would've been helpful.
I entered the room and it seemed clean at first, but I inspected the microwave and there were food crumbs on and around the turntable. The floors had white powder around the baseboards and near the bed. Stove, fridge and freezer were clean though.
During my stay I found numerous bugs including roaches around the kitchen and bathroom. I had to leave my belongings in my car so I didn't bring anything back home with me. I slept with the lights on hoping nothing would crawl on me while I was sleeping.
When driving to the hotel you can only access the entrance from one side of the road. If you come from the other direction Google maps will have you take back roads near a business park adding about another mile to your journey.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I pity the individuals that are actually living in this place and paying monthly.

Pros: Pleasant, courteous, helpful staff.
Cons:
1. Only steaming hot water from shower. Plumber came 3 days later to fix. Then, only freezing cold water (no hot) thereafter. I had to walk to a different room to shower every single day for my ENTIRE 1-week stay.
2. Paper-thin walls. Neighboring TVs/Music kept me up past midnight 3 out of the 7 nights stay.
3. Barking dogs throughout the floor was ridiculous.
4. Even though the website and confirmation emails stated "fully equipped kitchen", there are no plates, silverware, or cookware included. Non available from front desk either.

Staff has been wonderful but they are working in an impossible situation of keeping guests happy in a dirty run down place.
Rooms: You might want to consider camping instead, youll have a similar experience only your expectations will be better in line with the reality of your situation.
