West Penn Power employees answered our call within a half hour. They were here and completed the job within another half hour. Their costomer service was above requirements. Thank you for restoring power. Jim Mackalica Mary Hilliard

Trying to set up auto pay via telephone and the automated system will only tell me it's available. It's impossible to actually get connected to a person in customer service. I guess I'll not pay my bill and see how long it takes for someone to call me. Pathetic system.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Hours of trying to talk to a human. I finally left a call back number and hour later received a call only to be put on hold and after 7 minutes was disconnected. Penn Power would not make in the real business world. Utility companies can make there own rules because they have us by the balls and know it .

Sat on hold for an hour- phone rang and then Hung up. Worst company in the history of the world. Avoid at all costs.
