Going through the process of buying a home this has made me believe that we should expand the welfare system just to get incompetent people like this out of the way. I can't imagine the time and money I would have saved if he wasn't involved with the sale at all. Lawyers charge for their time too. Thanks for helping me make someone else richer! These positive reviews must be family or friends because this experience was horrendous. They had months to prepare for the sale of the home and there were still problems on their end come time for the first settlement date, second date was glossed over because there was no way they'd have the home prepared in time. Which turned out to be true. Not to mention the sheer amount of babysitting that had to be done to make sure they did the most basic work of even cleaning out the place. I'm not bothering to look at any response to this review, I'm beyond angry and won't ever give him the time of day again. I hope life treats you better than you do your own job.

Totally unprofessional. Refuses to do his job and treats clients terribly. After giving me the run around I can still not get a return call. I would never trust this company to rent my properties or assist in purchasing a home. Can not be trusted and his word is worthless!
