        My husband and I reached out to Fairway Loans after trying several other companies that said they could help and after wasting so much of our time to be told they do not deal with rental properties or our AGI had to be the same as our income ridiculous! From the moment we started talking to Jarrod everything was forthright, laid out, organized & professional yet with such a nice personal touch. Next we met Mark and the meet was again so relaxed, informative, and he treated us with respect and appreciation something you did not often get from lenders. Everything was quick, smooth and exactly as they said it would go in fact sooner then originally expected. We could not be happier to have found this wonderful company to do business with. If you are reading this wondering if you should do business with Fairway loans WE ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO You wont regret it they are honest, real, genuine good guys.. rest assured youre in good hands!!!! They explained, in detail, each step of the process and were always available to answer questions I had via email and phone. Their professionalism and care were on full display throughout the process. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
