FA Electrics number one priority is customer service. When you called originally with your concern about the battery charge, the secretary explained our policy on changing our batteries. You had claimed that you watched him do the service and that he didn't change the battery. She told you she would look into it and get back to you. We asked the tech who performed the service, he said the battery needed to be changed but had run out of batteries on the van, so the next day he came back and changed it. The secretary called you back and told you what the tech said. She gave you the brand we used and that there would be a 2023 date on battery to prove we changed the battery. You still claimed we had not changed it and were refusing to pay for the battery. She than told you that I would be stopping by to check it. When I stopped by your home a few days later, I took the time to not only show you that the battery was indeed changed but I also showed you the digital log on your unit, proving it was running weekly for the last few months. You stood on your lawn still arguing with me that you were still not paying the bill. The charge was ultimately taken off your bill. You received the battery for free and were only charged for the service. When called about the bill not being paid a few weeks later you claimed the tech to be inexperienced so that justified you not paying full bill. You claimed to the secretary that I was explaining the functions of the unit to tech right in front of you. But the young kid I was explaining the unit to was NOT the tech that was at your home doing your service, he was the apprentice that was on service calls with me all day and did not touch your unit that day.
