Tony gaslight's patients. I recently visited your dental office and encountered Tony. During my appointment, I had questions about the sensations and jagged edges I felt on my teeth. I asked a total of three or four questions. When I expressed my concerns, Tony dismissed them by saying I was being paranoid and appeared annoyed by my inquiries. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially as she was training a new employee at the time. I replied, "I'm just asking questions. Is it not good to ask questions at the dentist?". She back pedaled a bit but maintained her stance that my teeth were great and I shouldn't insist that there's a problem. You could tell from that point forward she was embarrassed and tried to be extra nice, although she still acted like an insincere Karen. The whole team said there was no reason to get an x-ray, but Suzanne said if I wanted one they would be more than happy to do them, which was a positive reflection on Suzanne. I wanted to do them because I felt these people weren't really caring about my health. Despite my initial concerns being dismissed, the X-rays confirmed I DID HAVE A CAVITY. Tony did not acknowledge this oversight or apologize for her earlier dismissal of my concerns. I said "Looks like it wasn't paranoia after all" hoping she would apologize, but instead she said, "No, your teeth are just fine. They're really great". What!?! That's not what's going on right now. Staff members said and showed they were aware of Tony's rude demeanor. Due to my experience, I requested a copy of my x-rays for a second opinion. It's unfortunate, as other staff members, like Suzanne, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I'd recommend giving Tony a chance to dramatically improve her customer service or let her go. I will not be returning or recommending this practice because of her alone.

Love the staff been going here since I was a child but being told by Mr Edward's if I don't take care of my teeth I will lose them I brush my teeth constantly was on meds for ms that destroyed my enamel I'm a recovering addict who unfortunately destroyed my teeth due to drug use now they are breaking left and right one is now broke off in my gum still having pain in moat of the ones I do have left but they tell me it will go away have used prescription tooth paste stuff to put on the fillings they did and still nothing helps still waiting for someone to call me back so I can get my referral to have them all extracted
