Only giving these three stars just because of poor scheduling skills and lack of communication call to have my wifes car inspected and I was told to bring it in first thing in the morning dropped it off the night before and there was only five other cars or so in the parking lot. All day I never received a phone call to tell me that things came up and they got busy and they werent able to get to my wifes car I understand things happen. I used to work in the garage myself. But the communication would go a long way with the customer if I bring my car first thing in Monday morning for a service that takes probably an hour I wouldnt expect To drive by their shop 30 minutes before they close and see that my car still hasnt been inspected. Like I said, I get it things happen and problems come up, but I feel as though I was more than flexible enough to take a phone call throughout the day, so this could be properly communicated. As far as the work I have received from them in the past is top-notch work, and some of the best mechanics, but sadly poor scheduling and communication has kind of turned me away. Nice people and they do great work just not good at scheduling or communicating with their customers.
