Evergreen Commons, Lock Haven Apartments

Nice apartment but not sure about the management. It is to be a smoke free apartment and when we stepped in the smell of marijuana was so strong it almost knocks you down. It has been reported multiple times and they wont do anything about it.

Brittney Camerer is the service oriented staff member that I expect when spending money. Her attention to the customer and her eagerness to fix problems that arise need to be commended. This is a staff member that must be retained by the company. My experience would be a 1 out of 5 stars and she single handedly saved that one star review. I do very few reviews but when exemplary service is found it is necessary. Note: I cannot speak of the facility itself, this review is solely based on online/payment process. Brittney....well done.

Evergreen is a great dorm and has great people working there as CAs. Sadie is the best! She is helpful and kind and has made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you!

I visited Sadie last spring and loved staying here! I currently am a student in Pittsburgh and live out there and its nothing like Evergreen! The apartments are comforting and remind me of home. The amount of amenities included amazes me because a lot of places dont included so many. The location is close to campus and town which is a great spot for students to attend to their studies and be close to jobs if they wanted. I cant wait to visit here again!

I toured evergreen commons and CA Sadie was nice enough to give us some cool recommendations for local food. Had a great time!
