They take your money but their business is questionable considering they tell you one thing on the phone and when it comes time to make the decision for the claim, it is a completely different version of what was told to you by their agent. There is no recording, apparently, of what they tell you so their lack of documentation can be whatever they want it to be. Can't wait until I fix my problem and move on from this insurance company. I don't usually write reviews but this company is just out to collect your money and to make excuses to not process your claims so they don't have to pay for anything.

Pray to god that whoever hits you doesn’t have Westfield Insurance. Even in my situation where my PARKED car was hit and the at fault driver was 100% liable, I ended up paying hundreds out of pocket due to their negligence.

Westfield is stupid. Wrote a refund check out to my dead grandfather instead of my living grandmother so we couldn’t deposit it. Called them about it and “there’s nothing we can do”. So dumb
