Simeral Construction is truly superb. Simeral skillfully guided us through a very large renovation project. They represent an extraordinary blend of competence and genuineness rarely found in this industry. They uniformly were fair and did "the right thing" for us throughout the process. They are organized, responsive and dedicated. Furthermore, the quality and durability of their craftsmanship are both exceptional. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. In particular, I'd like to identify Andy Lehman as phenomenal beyond compare both professionally and personally--truly a franchise player, to borrow a football analogy. Chris Sipel as project manager and Wes Ebersole as foreman on site were also outstanding.

Simeral Construction 're-built' our home in Bent Creek from the foundation up and remodeled the interior and exterior...that was 12 years ago...the home looks as good now as it did when completed. They continue to provide service for little items as well. It is the continued support and service AFTER the job is complete that is well worth investing with this incredible team. Great job Mark and Becky and Andy and Kevin (our team and project managers). Dr. Michael and Keri Palasz.
