image Dont Call these guys. Communication was not the best. Patrick came by to look at the work, he gave us a decent quote and promised great work. He emailed us the quote and we responded asking to move forward. He never responded the the email. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and txted him. It took some time for him to come out and when they did, in most cases it was very little notice. "Hows tomorrow". We hired his company to take out and put in a new tub, as well as to build us a wall with a door for a walk in closet. He mentioned that if we needed other work done, he new contractors. We needed painting done, he said that he had a guy and he would have him contact us. The painter contacted us and we hired "The Painter". During the work, He contacted the painter directly to push the painting back. Painter told us he would be out, then Patrick would tell us, "Oh, I asked him to do other work first". The wall and door went in and looks great. But in putting in the tub, They chipped the hell out of it. Instead of pulling it out and installing a new one, they continued to install it, damaging it even more. The painting got done and we paid the painter. Then, after the guys damaged the tub, he messaged us saying he contacted the Manufacturing company and they would come out to fix it. A week went by with no communication at all. Then, we had to contact him this passed Monday to get updates and his response was "I messaged him, I know he was on vacation all last week". If you knew that, why didn't you inform us of that? Then, shortly after, around 12:15 am ish. He says "The guy can be there at 2pm". We were not home, so he came Tuesday. The guy showed up about 5pm the next day and fixed the tub. a couple days later, My wife had to contact him yet again asking when they would come out and finish the work. At which point, he said he would sent them out "Tomorrow" Being today. This morning they show up. Finish the work, and not only demand full payment, but tried to charge us extra for the so called "Extra work" the painter did. The painter offered to paint the doors in the rooms he was painting, never mentioning it would cost extra, nor what that cost would be. When the painter left, he was paid in in full (again, this was 2 weeks ago) and he said nothing about extra. My wife ended up giving the guys an extra $100 because that is all she had and just wanted them gone. I got home just as they were leaving and my wife told me what happen. I then messaged Patrick and up said calling him a piece of work. They damaged the tub, then made us pay full price for it. Yes, it was fixed, but it was still damaged in the process. Put a hole in a tire and patch it, the hole is still there. His response was "Is it not fair to charge for extra work? the doors were not on the estimate and you know this......... Accidents happen nobody is perfect but the problem was fixed by the same people who make the tub so its perfect. If you were gonna squawk about the cheesy little $100 bill I will gladly send it back. We appreciate your words of Kindness." Dont Hire these guys!!!!!
