This company is a very poor one. They definitely don't have their act together. The work was terrible on the house we got and they didn't want to stand behind it. I will be spreading the word. Word of mouth is the fastest and best way of advertising and I will use it. It took almost 1 year to get it ready to move in. That is rediculous.

Working with Jessica was fantastic. This was our first time buying a mobile home and we didn't know what we didn't know. She helped us ask all the right questions, gave us information we didn't know we needed, helped us navigate all the bumps along the way and was always super responsive to any of our questions or requests.
The subcontractor for site-prep, Wolfly, was easy to work with, did a great job and helped us through some of the decisions we had to make.
I have and will continue to recommend Blacks Home Sales-Lewistown to my friends that are in need of a home.

Perry and Jessica of Black's Home Sales, Lewistown location were fantastic! I have not received the delivery of my home yet (should be next week,) but they have helped with everything so far from the purchase to the delivery of my home. I cannot express enough how easy Black's Home Sales, specifically the Lewistown team, has made this entire home buying process.
